1. Listing Fees and Paid Services
  • Fees paid for premium listings, advertisements, or promotional placements are non-refundable once the service has been activated or published.

  • All payments are considered final unless stated otherwise in writing or under specific promotional guarantees.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a system or user error.

  • Technical issues on our part that prevent the listing from being published or displayed properly for more than 7 consecutive days.

  • Service not delivered as described (subject to investigation and approval by our team).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the payment or issue.

  • Provide relevant details such as transaction ID, business name, and description of the issue.
